With a successful track record for the past eight years pitching both fiction and nonfiction to the media, we’ve cultivated contacts at top media outlets including Publishers Weekly, Library Journal, Booklist, USA Today, The Today Show, Good Morning America, Romantic Times Book Review, The 700 Club, Novel Journey, CNN, C-SPAN and many other print, broadcast, and Internet outlets.
 
We read each and every book thoroughly as well as provide an author questionnaire to each of our authors in order to come up with as many pitch ideas as possible for a title.
 
We create a custom press kit for each book including 1-sheet release, author bio, discussion questions, and other elements as appropriate.
 
We welcome author collaboration from personal contacts to suggestions in order to streamline the publicity campaign and capitalize on all possible connections.
 
We begin pitching each book as early as 6-9 months in advance in order to meet the lead time requirements of top media outlets including USA Today, The New York Times, Dateline, 20/20, O magazine, Publishers Weekly, Booklist, Library Journal, and others.
 
We actively pitch each title with many different media hooks throughout the campaign. We focus on timely pitches, as well as breaking news pitches as applicable. If a particular pitch doesn’t work, we are already thinking about our next possible angle to the media.
 
We provide regular updates on both activity and hits to ensure your satisfaction throughout the campaign.
